Kohn Pedersen Fox's architecture lifts the residences above a multi-tiered landscaped podium, anchored by ocean and lagoon pools, gardens, and resident-only spaces designed for a quieter way of living in the city.

North Tower
The North Tower is integrated with the new Mandarin Oriental, Miami hotel — destined to be Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group's North American flagship. Private Residence interiors are the work of Parisian designer Laura Gonzalez.
South Tower
The South Tower stands as the taller of the two, with floor plans extending up to five bedrooms and two duplex penthouses exceeding 7,800 square feet. Interiors are by acclaimed Parisian designer Tristan Auer.
